Your piece on Amy, which I discovered from Amy's tweet and blog post, was so well done, thorough and sincere. I had a recent blog post on how personally, I felt that blogging is so important as social and historical documentation of an era. It's also creates an incredible sense of community. I am finding as I dig deeper into Twitter that micro-blogging has it's own community building power like a special ingredient for a perfect recipe. It's people like you and Amy and so many others that I've met in the short time that I've been blogging and Twittering, who realize that there are such positive, effective ways of using blogging, podcasting, micro-blogging and the like to spread some seriously good vibes and karma. I just want to applaud you on your Friday Friends series. You not only made Amy's day, but your generosity and positivity organically reflected your light right back on yourself. Kudos to you!
